Review of Chiltlaxcalli enchiladas en salsa roja rellenas de papa y zanahoria at Mictlan Antojitos Veganos by zullybee

I didn’t particularly like this dish, I found that it needed more sauce. But I liked the potato and carrot filling, the fresh tortillas and the delicious vegan cheese. Unfortunately, I will not order this again.
