I LOVE THIS FOCOCCIA. For the price of a normal wholegrain bread ($2.70), I get bomb sour dough fococcia, which is fragrant, herby with zero milk. Gardenia as a brand annoys me as there is needless milk in all their sliced bread, wholegrain or otherwise.

Best sliced and toasted on a pan with butter, or now that I'm vegan, olive spread 😉
