This dish was a fun surprise and had amazing flavor!
BBQ JACKFRUIT ROLL:
Bbq jackfruit and coleslaw wrapped in a wheat tortilla with pepper jack cheese then fried. Served with a side of cilantro aioli. Shown with Cajun fries!
