Hearty and moderately spicy, an excellent #northindian breakfast option 😋☺️ It's originally meant to come with pav bhaji but that's cooked in ghee so they'll swap it for this fried #puri if you tell them you're vegan 🙂 On the side are a #chickpea curry and some raw onions 🤤 I love this place.
