This consisted of 🐷-free ham fried rice, batter-fried sweet and sour 🐔-free chicken, 🐮-free beef with broccoli, and a crispy spring roll. The vegan chicken had a meaty flavor and texture and the vegan beef looked and tasted stunningly like the animal derived version. This was very satisfying.
