Big news for Central Maui! Earth Aloha Eats has opened up a second food truck, and this one is in Kahului! The Buddha Bowl is as great as it was when I used to get it all the time at the prior Kahului location (before the move to Lahaina). This one is next to the Courtyard by Marriott, across from Costco. Maui seems to be getting more 100% vegan eateries every month. #MauiVegan
