I’ve benedicted to this lately! 😜 🍳 🌱 Homemade tofu benedict and topped off with this vegan hollandaise sauce, simply delicious! I realised that the tofu on tofu was a bit too thick so I sliced it down so that it would sit better on the English muffin which had a bed of spinach! Perfect brunch! 😋 💚 #veganbrunch #abillionlove
