Although the silly & disrespectful product name makes me cringe ("whale puree") - when it comes to good vegan food and eco-friendly ingredients, I'm a very forgiving person.
So, this delicious walnut butter is made of fresh Austrian walnuts and comes in different varieties, mild or roasted. Both taste great. I love to put it in a salad dressing with some lemon juice or use it as a spread on toasted whole rye bread.
