This is pretty good cocoa. I did have to doctor it up a little with some non dairy ready whip and vanilla ( which I add to every cup of cocoa regardless). I did use almond milk instead of water. My husband added a ton of sugar to his before he was happy. It’s definitely not super sweet on its own, but I actually like the light bitter bite on the end, it’s why I have the ready whip ( best of both worlds :) )
