Nothing beats clear soup noodles 🍜 on a hot & sunny day! This dish was packed with #tofu, #fakemeat fish, lettuce, corn, tomatoes, some small bits of mushroom stems, and topped with seaweed shreds. The serving of bihun was incredibly generous so I wasn’t able to finish it 🙈 but #abillionlove to my partner for finishing the deed so I wouldn’t have wasted anything 😋
