Have you noticed that it’s becoming more difficult to reinvent the wheel as there are STELLAR vegan options out there?
Cue the new Beetroot Pancakes from The Conscious Kitchen (in Observatory).
The SOUND of them wasn’t too appealing (for me, personally), but I decided to try something new and was NOT sorry!
Beautiful beetroot pancakes filled with stewed pear, with fruit on the side, accompanied by HOMEMADE salted caramel ice cream.
It was all just absolute perfection on a plate!
I didn’t know it came with bananas and transferred them to Bae’s plate once the photo was taken for those of you who are confused.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
