Makes a heck of a good breakfast bagel ... melts nice and has a great flavor .....
When I started my vegan journey.. cheese was a big deal for me ... the brands available at that time were not edible right out of the package... they needed cooked in something... fast forward we have so many companies and styles to choose from ... this one is delicious right out of the package... will definitely purchase again.
