Sambal Oelek is a pickled chili. I love it because it gives you a lot of chili flavour without too much heat. I’ve pretty much gone through this jar in a week. Last night I used it with this Swiss chard and cabbage vermicelli stir fry. It’s also great on a vegan cheese toastie. #abillionlove
