We ordered the #mirzaghassemi at #shabestan
Its a delicious eggplant dip with a lot of #spices blended in.

Apparently, the dish is also known as mirza qassemi after a particularly food-crazy Governor of Gilan province of Persia called Mohammed Qasem Khan who is credited with inventing this dish.
