Vegan Crepe Trip
- Sautéed mushrooms (which I subbed for eggplant cos I can’t do mushrooms!), zucchini and Spanish onion in a reduced vegan sour cream sauce wrapped in crepes served with a vegan Greek salad.

Absolutely delicious!!
