I'm not normally a fan of tempeh, but the vegan bao buns at M!LA are beyond fantastic. Two good-sized buns filled with hoisin tempeh, pickled onion + cucumber, sambal aioli, cilantro, and crispy shallots. I could have eaten a dozen!
