
What sets this one apart is that the sesame wasn’t roasted. Is it better? I guess it depends on personal taste. I’m pretty indiscriminate towards anything sesame, as long as it’s rich and not heavily adulterated. This one is as unadulterated as a tahini can be. That said, it’s not as “runny” as some other brands and takes a bit wrist strength to scoop out, nothing big that can’t be solved by adding a bit of water if used as a base for something else. #abillionlove
