It’s the most expensive vegan cheese I have bought so far, but as you can see it works great in the oven!
I’m not sure if i will buy this again or just settle for a cheaper option. They are not that different.
This one uses palm oil from a sustainable source and says it doesn’t harm orangutans and their areas.
They also seem to be working on reducing their impact: solar panels and 14% less plastic with smaller bags.

Sometimes “meltdown” is worth a bit more dosh... but I agree, price is a big factor. We seem to be adding cheese to a lot more dishes now that they taste so good!
