Accidentally (and I add: fortunately) vegan! Traditional Christmas cake in Italy, with a compact, almost hard consistency and made of candied fruit (41%), almonds (13%), flour, sugar (lots of sugar) and spices...at the first bite I feel like a greedy child again...

laura1970 Of course, you are right! We must be always aware but (I repeat, fortunately) this cake doesn't contain honey or other ingredients of animal origin, thanks! 1 likeReply
