Vegetable tofu ragu

Day 21 of #Veganuary! 
Mr Organic's vegeterian tofu ragu is a delicious sauce made with tofu, sweet red peppers and Italian sun ripened tomatoes. I made a quick and delicious lunch with it by adding it into spinach pasta, and topping the meal with nutritional yeast and fresh baby spinach. I recommend buying it! 🍅🍝🥫
