the vegan heaven dish is made up of breaded portobello cashew, beetroot croquettes, and almond cauliflower poppers with truffle mashed potatoes! it was so yummy! i especially loved the breaded cashew portobello as the cashew really tasted like cheese, and the truffle mashed potatoes were also really yummy!
