This brand of B12 has not been good for me. I couldn't find the regular one I buy, so I went with this one. I've had such low energy, feel depressed regularly (not usual), and have a humming headache throughout the day ever since switching a few weeks ago. Nothing else about my diet or routine has changed, so this is the only thing I can point to.
