I opted to use this marinade last night on Denny’s mushroom patties, forgetting how salty the patties are already 🤦🏻‍♀️ the marinade itself isn’t overly salty, it just didn’t work particularly well with these patties.

That aside, the marinade itself is delicious and I’m thinking some brinjal steaks lathered in this stuff on the braai will be amazing 🤩
