Great pantry staple for vegan recipes! Trader Joe’s always has the best quality and value. This coconut milk has some cream on the top that is great for using for thick sauces, vegan cheesecake or desserts. It’s also great in curries, soups, stews, etc. I made a delicious stew this evening with mushrooms, kale, mirapoix, potatoes, mixed rice (had a few bags of rice that each had a little left), seasoned with old bay and Trader Joe’s mushroom umami and finished with this coconut milk and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Came out very good! Hearty and flavorful.
