This stew is probably not the healthiest option on the menu with the mock spam, sausages and instant ramyeon but it’s definitely the best one to get all warm and cosy with! The broth was rich and mouth-watering, just wish it was as spicy as the soondubu jjigae. Be sure to ask for the vegan option that comes without cheese. #veganuary
