house made mushroom patty, scrambled tofu, brown rice/quinoa, sautéed greens & veggies, mushroom gravy sauce

♡ this was a healthy tasting style of a loco moco but was still good ! not really rich at all like a loco moco. the gravy isn’t thick like the traditional loco moco gravy and is like a mushroom broth. their scrambled tofu is simple but really good !! actually one of my fav scrambled tofus I came across so far eating out ♡
