This ain't your typical bimbimbap. They use some sort of coconut gravy and coconut rice (I think), there's no kimchi, no gochujang, it's non-spicy, and I love it! Chock full of fresh veggies and plant-based meat. Has them herbal rice vibes ya know what I'm sayin'? Highly recommended
