My dinner for day 2 of #veganuary 😍 Takeout boxes don’t usually look too fancy so I decided to prop this up a little ☺️
It’s basically a fancy, nut-free, and vegan “popiah” served with sweet and sour sauce. It’s really refreshing and filling, despite only clocking in at 231 calories!
I ordered this as part of a 2 meal set & this came as a side. Today in my #veganuary adventures, I found out whilst ordering some items I’ve never before ordered, that some Idealite dishes come served with eggs 🤦♀️ ...just my luck. Luckily they’re removable from the overall dish.
