Another hearty noodle dish - the flavours for this one are quite subtle. The springy kolomee remains the star. Goes well with a dollop of Thunder Tree's homemade chilli.
Confession - we ate this with a side helping of saltier and more savoury vegetables from another hawker stall, and that worked fabulously well together. #veganuary
