Today we enjoyed the most crispy, flaky, beautiful little phyllo pastry parcels (filled with a mushroom/onion mixture) with our Christmas lunch 🎄
Super easy to do (so my hubby tells me: I take zero credit for our epic meal... pics attached 🤩) yet it added such “wow” factor to our Christmas meal and made it feel like something special ✨✨✨
Definitely recommend keeping a box of this pastry in your freezer, for when the mood for pretty food strikes.
