The first thing that came to My mind when I saw this was - “woah! I’m set for lunch and dinner !” It’s super filling and the fried tofu added a good texture. The salad was garnished with fried onions and roasted peanuts which added a good crunch and was slight sweet to balance the chilli paddies I added to the salad 😆
