I love how allergy&vegan friendly Enjoy Life products are!! Their soft baked mini cookies are a fun buy, they kind of remind me of the old Cookie Crisp cereal (minus the crispiness 😅).
The taste isn't anything special, and I actually much prefer their regular sized cookies in flavor and texture.
However, these are great as a vegan ice cream or smoothie bowl topper! I personally ended up making mini coconut cream dessert sandwiches with them ☺️
I wouldn't buy them again just to eat them alone, but I would buy them for a fun dessert accessory 🍪
