Whether it be in your cereal, oatmeal, coffee, smoothies, or in your cooking, the unsweetened Silk "Seriously Nutty" almond milk is good for it all! Although the fancy dairy free creamers are a luxury, this product works in coffee well. It doesn't curdle like it did back in the old days of vegan milks. (I even make a vegan bechamel with it).
I love the unsweetened version because I use it for so many things. I also don't need extra sweetness (although I've been sharing a lot of vegan sweet foods on here). lol I'm sweet enough though!
You will notice they changed the carton design. I'm thinking they must have increased their almond ratio. I didn't really pay close attention tbh but that is a bonus if so.
