Earth Deli is still vegan and Ursula and Claire are creating new delights to add to the menu. This cheesecake is very rich, even without the coconut (can't stand dessicated coconut). I took my time savouring it, letting it melt in my mouth, its smooth texture with a lemony flavour went well with the crumbly base. This is a unique creation.
