Portia makes the most delicious tofu "egg" scramble. This breakfast burrito is stuffed with tofu scramble, home fries, black beans, sauteed vegetables, roasted sweet corn, jalapenos, spinach, sour cream, coconut bacon and served with salsa. This dish is a very large portion and well worth the $14. It has so much flavor and the coconut bacon really is the perfect addition! #veganin2020
