Pumpkin season continues with these readymade curry sauce. Just add vegetables and protein (or in my case combine the two with peas), and your good to go! I debated adding zucchini but it seemed like too much squash. The sauce smells sweeter than it tastes, and will also leave your kitchen smelling amazing. #veganin2020
