appetizer platter: first choice on the plant powered set meal for $38/person!! omg okay this was quite good!! I really liked the crispy eggplant with the floss like the eggplants were so SOFT and felt like i was eating a fluffy bread? kinda weird HAHA but it wasnt too oily and the soy floss was really nice too :D the broccolini was quite disappointing tho bc it came cold and was just kinda meh. the mushroom and corn dumpling was pretty enjoyable, the skin was really nice and chewy, but tbh the fillings weren’t super memorable. the sichuan meat dumpling was good!!!!!! reminded me of har gow with the chewy filling :D the skin was also so and silky mmm really nice!
