Plantalicious have got this one down to perfection. The butternut purée at the bottom gives the mushroom and dairy-free cheese filled ravioli extra substance. There’s a perfect amount of tomato sauce and dairy-free Parmesan cheese on the top.
Honestly such a good ready meal for one! The packaging is all ecofriendly and you can microwave and eat it all in the same dish!
