I have medium dark brown hair and this gives me a nice plum color. It smells like mint and it relatively easy to use. It will stain your tub, and you do have to use it once a week or more (depending on how often you wash) to maintain color, but it’s really an amazing product for those of use who can’t commit to permanent color!
