The 1 kilo version is #accidentlyvegan and is great when you don’t want to make your own gravy. It isn’t gluten free & the smaller packet versions of this are not vegan. However, the 1 kilo is.
As the label says, it is Rich Brown Gravy, has a good deep flavour.
I sometimes add cooked onion or peppercorns or garlic & if I want it a little less rich, I’ll make it up with some soy milk.
Good to have on hand for when your feeing lazy.
