PizzaExpress is a British multinational pizza restaurant chain started by Peter Boizot, after discovering a lack of authentic Italian pizza in London. PizzaExpress has over 500 restaurants across the United Kingdom and 100 overseas in Europe, Hong Kong, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia. PizzaExpress is known for its fresh ingredients and unique recipes. Some of their popular dishes include the Calabrese, Laksa, and the American Hottest. They also offer the world famous Dough Balls.

Not bad! Love the truffle and mushrooms! The nuttiness of the rocket leaves or arugula (my favourite type of salad leaves) go really well with the risotto.
