I love using these Lamyong Soy Nuggets to make Popcorn Chicken. You do need to soak them a bit to add your chosen flavour & I do that with a low salt Vegan Chicken Stock. They’re also great in a soup.
For these pics tho I made Popcorn Chicken & turned them into a KFC Slab but Vegan of course! #veganmealswithleah
