Review of Gyro at J. Selby's by gretchens

This Gyro is seriously one of the best things I've ever eaten! I don't know what J Selby's does to their seitan, but it is phenomenal. The Gyro comes with cucumber, lettuce, tomato, and a green goddess sauce. I seriously want to eat this gyro every day of my life.
