A great green tabbouleh which tasted primarily of parsley which I enjoyed because it helped balance all the creaminess from the different dips. On its own it may be a bit underwhelming but as an accompaniment with pita and some hummus/babaganoush it tasted great. This was a tasting portion, and their usual portions are GIGANTIC.
