Similar to their tonkotsu ramen, the shoyu broth is also rich and flavorful :) (But of course not as rich as tonkotsu) I would still prefer ramen from a restaurant because seasoning in instant noodles tastes quite distinct but this is good for a quick and easy to cook meal at home :) #veganisnotscary
