🇪🇦 llevo años intentando cocinar algo parecido en casa. La salsita casi que ya la tengo por la mano, soja caramelizada y sésamo 💖💖, pero la textura firme del tofu y el sabor de este plato es super TOP 👌
Además, la familia que lleva el restaurante son super majos.
🇬🇧 I have been trying to copycat this dish for years. The sauce i almost have it, caramelized soya with sesame seeds🥰, but the texture and flavour of the tofu is NEXT LEVEL. They trully make delicious dishes.
Also, it's a family business and they are really nice people.
