I wasn’t a fan of this Simple Truth plant based meat. I think I’ll stick to gardien, beyond and impossible. This didn’t brown as I cooked it and that threw me off presentation wise. It taste OK seasoned and thrown in a taco but definitely didn’t have its own meaty flavor that I think the other brands offer. Would I buy it again? No, but I would eat it again if it was served to me.
