The dish was already vegan, so I didn’t have to ask for it to be vegan. I really liked it because it was a mix of the perfect ingredients that had me eating healthy, nutritious and delicious! I added some pomegranate to the original dish, but I think it would be better without any add-ons, as it’s authentic self is the best!
