Super yummy! The only thing I didn't like about this was the coconut, but that's my bias 😅 (you don't taste them when eating the whole thing together). Would have loved something like almond flakes! Intended to have it for lunch, but was too full from another dish so I fridged it and toasted it for dinner - still tasted excellent.
