This was filled with tofu, mixed veggies, taro, beans, and vegan ham. It was fantastic! It had a really delicious mix of sweet and savory flavors, and the veggies added a nice bit of crunchiness that contrasted wonderfully with the bun. Also, it was very generously sized. They don’t get any better than this.
